When you complete a website form, we store your data in our marketing and relationship management system. In a website form, we always ask for your first name and email address. In some cases, we also ask for your last name, company name, telephone number, job title and industry.

The contact details that we request and process are always business-related. The information we send is also always business-related and only if it may be relevant to your role or industry.

‍

‍

Processing of Data for Google Services

As part of our services, we may obtain access to Google user data and provide data to Google on behalf of our clients. This only takes place where necessary for the operation of the relevant solution and where permission or authorisation has been granted through Google.

What data do we process?

Depending on the Google services used and the authorisations granted, we may obtain access to Google user data for which explicit permission or authorisation has been granted through Google. In addition, we may process personal data and other data on behalf of our clients and provide such data to Google for measurement, analytics and audience-related purposes where a Google integration is used. We limit our processing to the data necessary for providing, maintaining, securing and supporting the relevant services.

‍

What do we use this data for?

We use this data solely to provide, maintain, secure and support our services and solutions. This includes transmitting data to Google on behalf of our clients for measurement, analytics and audience-related purposes where a Google integration is used. The client is responsible for lawfully collecting the submitted data and, where required, obtaining the necessary consent from data subjects.

‍

Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell this data and do not disclose it publicly. For the performance of our services, we may provide the necessary data to Google on behalf of the client. In addition, we only share or transfer data where this is necessary for the performance of our services, where we are legally required to do so, or where consent has been granted.

‍

Sub-processors and Suppliers

Where necessary, the data may be accessible to authorised employees and carefully selected suppliers and sub-processors who support us in the areas of hosting, infrastructure, security and IT management. We enter into appropriate agreements with these parties regarding the protection and confidentiality of personal data.

‍

No Use for Own Advertising or AI Training

We do not use the data for our own advertising purposes and do not build our own advertising audiences from it. Data processed through Google integrations is processed solely on behalf of and under the instructions of our clients. We also do not use this data to train or improve general artificial intelligence, machine learning or other generic models.

‍

Security, Retention and Deletion

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. We do not retain the data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it is processed or as long as legally required. When the data is no longer necessary, the client terminates the Google connection, or deletion is requested, we delete or anonymise the data unless a legal retention obligation prevents us from doing so.
